We create practical digital organisation resources for busy households. Our first focus is Christmas planning, gift privacy, spending visibility and sharing complete household jobs.

Our Christmas products

The Shared Christmas Plan is a digital Christmas organisation system. It combines a separate private organiser for gifts and spending with a family jobs board for safe task handovers.

Product format

The system uses two separate Google Sheets files with a customer guide and recovery copies. Customers make their own copies using a personal Google account. Private and family files do not synchronise automatically.

What the product helps you manage

The Shared Christmas Plan supports three practical Christmas planning needs:

Keep Christmas gifts private

Record gifts, order status, wrapping and private hiding places in a separate organiser.

Understand Christmas spending

Keep planned amounts, payments, remaining balances and refunds visible.

Share whole family jobs

Hand over complete jobs to a named person on a separate family board, where they can accept them and update progress. The board does not send automatic reminders.

Pricing and purchase information

The Shared Christmas Plan costs £19.99 as a single payment for ongoing personal use. There is no subscription. Checkout is not open on this information page.
